INTEGRATED EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
Individualized support focused on helping participants develop the skills, confidence, and professional behaviors needed to prepare for and succeed in competitive integrated employment.
Depending on individual goals and support needs, services may include practicing workplace communication, understanding employer expectations, developing time-management and organizational skills, strengthening problem-solving abilities, and learning appropriate workplace behaviors. Support may also focus on building positive relationships with coworkers and supervisors, responding to feedback, and developing strategies to navigate workplace challenges.
SHORT-TERM JOB COACHING & EMPLOYMENT SUPPORTS
Individualized, short-term support designed to help participants adjust to workplace environments, learn job responsibilities, and develop skills that promote greater independence and success on the job.
Services may include hands-on assistance with learning assigned tasks, understanding workplace routines, following instructions, managing time, communicating with supervisors and coworkers, and adapting to employer expectations. Support is tailored to each participant's needs and may gradually decrease as confidence, skills, and independence increase.
